As a coach, healer, and writer, my mission is to teach you how much control you have in your own body and in your life.

I want to help you discover what is holding you back from fully stepping into your power to be the amazing woman you are.

I want to educate and empower you to make healthy, whole food choices that honor your body.

I want you to know that there are so many options for physical activity of all sorts that can help you feel happier and healthier for the rest of your life.

I want to share that there are myriad ways to prevent and treat illness and injury before turning to pharmaceuticals.

In short, I want to help you uncover your magic.

 

There’s not really a specific title outside of coach that fits me. I continually educate myself on techniques new and old, integrating them into my teaching. I can utilize various tools relevant to your specific situation. I practice Reiki, am an energy healer, a Shaman apprentice, and believe in the power of all of the Earth’s gifts to us.

 

As I grow and evolve so will the content of the website. I love to talk about magic, fitness, gemstones, nutrition, overall wellness, energy centers, meridians, healing, self-love, family dynamics, and respect for ourselves, others, and Mother Earth.

 

I’ve been coaching for over 20 years, served 10 years as an Arabic linguist in the United States Air Force, and have been doing Crossfit since 2011. I am currently an Air Force spouse, and my husband and I have two brilliant kiddos – an eleven year old daughter and an eight year old son.

My main focus is to share the good news that you can probably feel better than you currently do and be happier than you are right now, just by making a few simple changes.
